At TEOLA Events, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in delivering high-quality event services and custom-designed products. Please review our refund policy below
1. Event Decoration Services (Balloon Garlands, Flower Garlands, Venue Setup)

Payments made for event decoration services are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and materials have been purchased or preparation has begun.

In case of cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled event, a partial refund or credit may be issued at our discretion.

No refunds will be given for last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of the event).
2. Custom Graphic Design, Invitations & Printed Banners

If you receive a damaged or incorrect printed item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

We will gladly provide a replacement or credit for verified issues.

4. No-Show or Inaccessible Venues

If our team arrives and cannot access the venue due to client error (e.g., wrong address, no entry), no refund will be issued.
